Lita (Aka Carmela)'s Story
My story: grew up and don't know where time went. Graduated from Vanier with a DEC in Social Sciences. Accepted a temporary position with a large Trust Company and remained here for the next 15 years. My last position with them was that of a Human Resources Recruitor where I developed a passion for the Human Resources field. Fast forward to having had 2 great children (boys). with my children and later on returned to the work force as a Recruitor for an Employment Agency. Presently, I work as an Employment Consultant for a non-profit organization. I am also a Certified Resumé Strategist and am working towards other certifications to broaden my experience and coaching services to job seekers in an effort to coach clients towards their desired career and/or employment.
